    Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone who wants to learn how to improve their sleep or the sleep of people close to them. Whether you’re struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep, whether your sleep just isn’t making you feel refreshed or you feel tired all day.

    What will you learn?

The course will teach you to:

    • Change how you think about sleep,
    • Stop chasing and stressing about sleep,
    • and show you how to properly rest and recover.

Nick Littlehales’ techniques have been helping some of the top sports names across the world perform better for 25 years.

These are simple, practical, easy-to-implement techniques that can be tailored to your lifestyle.

    How long is the session?

The session is about 90 minutes long, starting at 7.30pm on 5th October. Please arrive for check-in by 7pm. The course will end promptly by 9pm. There will then be a Q&A session with Nick Littlehales until 9.30pm, followed by a book signing for those who have purchased a book in advance.

Can I buy a book on the day?

Unfortunately, the books need to be ordered 2 weeks in advance from the publisher, so sales of them will end on 21st September.

I have been diagnosed with insomnia; can this course help me?

If you have been diagnosed with clinical insomnia, this course is not a replacement for medical intervention. We would hope that it could help you improve your situation. Please get in touch if you’d like to talk to us about your concerns.

I have been diagnosed with sleep apnoea; can this course help me?

If you have been diagnosed with sleep apnoea, this course is not a replacement for medical intervention, especially as the condition interrupts breathing which then causes you to wake, rather than an issue with natural sleep cycles. However please get in touch if you’d like to talk to us about your concerns.

Do the techniques help to cope with working night shifts or variable shifts

Yes, these techniques are designed to help with the challenges that come with working night shifts or variable shifts.

Is the course presented by a doctor?

No. A sleep coach is not a doctor. This course is presented by Leigh Frost, who has worked with Nick Littlehales to create a workshop based on his book SLEEP. The techniques have helped elite athletes and sportspeople cope with travelling around the world, perform at their best at different times of day and work with their internal body clock rather than against it.

Nick started working with Manchester United FC in the 1990s and has been working with some of the top names in sport ever since.

What makes this different from other sleep courses?

This course is specifically designed to bring Nick Littlehale’s proven techniques to non-althetes. Nick has been hailed as the world’s first and Leading Sports Sleep Coach. His methods can be tailored to almost any lifestyle, giving you back control over how you recover and taking away the worry about sleeping 8 hours.

At some point it’s useful to track your sleep but not essential.

Do I need a smartwatch, sleep tracker or other equipment?
